Sexual Abuse Accused Arrested
Arjun Tamang, 25, of Dordi Rural Municipality has been arrested on June 2 on the charge of sexually abusing a nine-year-old girl.
The victim was abused on June 2, 2021, at around 2 am while she was asleep. The complaint was filed at the District Police Office Lamjung on the same day, informed DSP Ganga Bahadur Thapa.
A case was filed against the accused at the District Court and further investigation is ongoing.
A health checkup of the victim was conducted on June 2 at the District Hospital Lamjung.
