Sentenced 3 And Half Years Imprisonment For Attempt To Rape
District court sentenced 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment to Kedarbahadur Pariyar,37 Tanahu Suklagandaki Municipality-6, on September 3 for attempt to rape of a 30 year old woman.
Shivbahadur Thapa, Registrar of the District Court stated that the accused has been sentenced for 3 and half year imprisonment under the bench of honorable judge Kamalraj Bista.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at District Police Office on October 19, 2021 alleging the accused raped the victim on October 18,2021.
Police arrested the accused on October 19, 2021 from Tansen.
The health examination of the victim was done on October 18, 2021 at Palpa Hospital.
