School Vandalized in Nalgad, Accused Arrested
Shree Janakalyan Secondary School of Nalagad Municipality-5, Raghunath Serakhet has been vandalized on June18, 2022.
Inspector Pushkar Panta of District Police Office, Jajarkot, informed that they have arrested Janak Oli, 20 and Binod Khatri, 21, of Raghunath in Nalgad Municipality-5 on the accusation of their involvement in the vandalism.
After receiving information about the incident, a police team deployed under the command of Inspector Arjun Singh Saud from the Area Police Office, Dalli, Jajarkot found them hiding in his house and arrested him. The court has extended seven days for the investigation of the incident, informed Inspector Panta.
Madan Rawal, the school teacher, said the school’s infrastructure worth NPR eight hundred thousand to one million have been sabotaged in the incident.
The intruders had destroyed the computers, furniture and different other goods of the school. However, the reason behind the vandalization has not been clarified by the police.
