School Principal intimidated by management committee member
Principal Uttar Narayan Shrestha, 45 of Bindrawati Secondary School at Bhimsen Thapa Rural Municipality-9, Masel was intimidated in the school premises on January 13.
Shiva Kumar Shrestha, 45, a school management committee member attacked the victim accusing him of encroaching his land while building school which is under construction.
In 2011, the land was donated by the family of Shiva and he is claiming that the school was build by encroaching the land.
The accused was arrested by the police on January 13 for investigation. He is taken into the custody according to SP Bhola Rawal of District Police Office.
