Restricted NCP Cadre arrested
Police have arrested 38 years old Ramesh Thapa, a cadre of restricted Nepal Communist Party led by Biplov, of Chure Rural Municipality-6 on July 7.
He was arrested while he was in a motorbike on the way from Phaltuted according to DSP Daxya Kumar Basnet of District Police Office.
The police have confiscated bills, pamphlets and diary from the cadre. The cadre’s sister Prativa however accused that he was arrested while he was in Phaltude on his own work.
