Rape Victim Woman expelled From Livestock Breeding Group
A 35-year-old, rape victim woman was expelled from the local level group of livestock breeding on September 8 on charge of lodging complaint of rape.
The victim had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on September 2 accusing Badri Adhikari,38 of Besari VDC-8 of raping her on August 29. After the complaint she was expelled from the group according to the victim.
The victim said that she was injured and sustained head, face and neck injuries during the incident. She underwent a health checkup at District hospital on September 2.
The victim was exerted pressure to take back the complaint after police have arrested the accused on September 3 according to the victim.
She was expelled after she denied taking back the complaint according to the victim.
