Rape accused arrested
Police have arrested 85 years old Noor Mohemed Miya of Bhimsen rural municipality-6, Jhingate on October 12 on charge of raping 10 years old girl.
The victim was raped on October 12 and complaint against the accused was lodged at police office by the victim’s party.
Based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s party, the accused was arrested by the police for the investigation according to the SP Prakash Adhikari of DPO Gorkha.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Gorkha on October 12.
