Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Abdul Qadir Ansari, 21, of Pidariguthi in Jagarnathpur Rural Municipality-1 on November 24, 2021, on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The accused had lured the victim and raped her from May 24 to September 22, 2021. The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on September 24 alleging that she had become pregnant after being raped several times.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at Narayani Hospital in Birgunj on November 25.
