Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Santosh Rai, 31, of Ram Prasad Rai Rural Municipality-5, Katike on October 21, 2021, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on October 19 alleging that the accused had raped her on October 17.
According to DSP Raj Kumar Rai of the District Police Office, the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on October 21.
