Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Deep Bahadur Rai, 81, of Kulung in Shadananda Municipality-1 on September 19, 2021, on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on September 22 alleging that the accused had raped her on September 20.
According to DSP Raj Kumar Rai of the District Police Office, the accused was arrested based on the complaint lodged by the victim.
The victim was examined at the District Hospital on September 22.
