Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested 24 years old Umesh Ramtel on July 26 on charge of raping a girl on July 23. The victim underwent health check up at District Hospital on a same day according to police.
Similarly, police have arrested 29 years old Jhalak Man Rai of Khalsa Chintang Sahidbhumi Village Council-2 on July 26 on charge of raping 66 years old woman.
The victim had lodged a complaint against him at police office on a same day she was raped.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on July 26 according to the police.
