Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Ram Prasad Humagain (60) of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan-11 in accusation of raping a 32-year-old woman.
The victim was raped on 6 June 2020. Since the victim was a mental patient, the accused lured her with money and raped her in a field. The complaint was filed on 10 June 2020 at the District Police Office. The accused had absconded and was later found at Nawarpur of Hetauda-11, informed DSP Indra Bahadur Rana.
A health checkup of the victim was conducted on 11 June at Hetauda Hospital.
