Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Khadka Bahadur Rai, 68, of Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality-9 on March 1, 2021 on charges of raping a 41-year-old woman.
The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on the same day.
Inspector Mahendra Darnal of the District Police Office said that the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim.
The health examination of the victim has been conducted at the District Hospital on March 1.
