Rape Accused Arrested
Karna Bahadur Malla, 32, of Bijayanagar rural municipality-4 was arrested on February 14, 2020, on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl on February 12.
The family of the victim had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office on February 13.
The accused was arrested on the basis of the complaint and a case of rape was filed against him, informed Inspector Rana Bahadur Bista.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on February 13 at Shivaraj Hospital.
