Rape Accused Arrested
According to DSP Surya Prakash Subedi of District Police Office, Humla, Sandesh Budhathoki, 18, of Sarkegad Rural Municipality-6 and Mandev Budhathoki, 18, of the same place were arrested on December 5 on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl.
The victim lodged a complaint against the five accused at the District Police Office, Humla on August 6, 2019 alleging that the accused raped the girl.
Ratna Budhathoki, 22, Thama Budhathoki, 20, of Sarkegad Rural Municipality-6, and a 17-year-old boy were arrested by the police on September 12. 2019.
According to the District Police Office, Humla, two of the accused have been remanded in custody in Banke and one is a juvenile.
According to the police, the girl was examined at the District Hospital, Humla on September 12, 2019.
