Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested a 16-year-old on August 26 in accusation of raping a five-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed the complaint on August 26, informed DSP Rupak Khadka, Information Officer of District Police Office.
The victim’s family has stated that a complaint has been lodged seeking punishment as the incident is also related to sub-section 3 (a) of 219 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act 2074 BS.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on August 26 at the District Hospital.
