Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested 23 years old Gan Bahadur Gurung of Sarumarani Village council-3on June 22 on charge of gang raping 27 years old woman.
A complaint against accused was lodged at Police office by the victim’s party on June 20 accusing of gang rape on May 29.
The victim’s party have lodged a complaint against Gan Bahadur Gurung, 23 of Sarumarani Village Council-3, Yug Bahadur Gurung, 26 of the same place and Mangal Singh Gurunf, 24 according to inspector Gobardhan Thapa of Area Police Office of Bijuwar.
Police said that the process of lodging complaint was slow due to the threat from the accused. The absconding duo accused Yug Bahadur and Mangal is undergoing according to Inspector Thapa.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on June 20.
