Rape Accused Arrested
Police arrested Prakash Pariyar (18) of Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-8 on 18 February accusing him of rape on a 14 -year-old girl. The victim was raped since 12 February multiple times and the complaint was filed on 18 February at the District Police Office.
A case was filed against Pariyar on 19 February and he was taken for judicial custody, informed Police. Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 19 February at Gorkha District Hospital, informed DSP Basudev Khatiwada.
