Rape accused arrested
Police have arrested 22 years old Samir Islami Magar of Devchuli Municipality-1 on February 21 on charge of raping 52 years old woman with disability.
She was raped by the accused on February 18 and the accused was arrested by the police based on CCTV footage.
The complaint was lodged at District Police Office on February 21 and the victim underwent health checkup at Bharatpur Hospital on February 19.
