One year sentence for Bigamous
The District Court has ordered to sentence Asha Mahara, 18 Deepak Mahara, 29 of Chandrayodhyapur-4 for one year each along with Rs 5,000 penalty on charge of polygamy.
A single bench of district court judge Rajendra Prasad Adhikari gave the verdict regarding the case. The victim Rita Mahara, 25 of Gol Bazar municipality-4 had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Mirchayia against the accused for polygamy on December 9.
The accused were Arrested on a same day. Deepak Mahara was released on bail amount of Rs 10,000 on a December 23.
