NHRC Draws Attention of the Government for speedy Settlement of Earthquake victims
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has drawn the attention of the government to expedite their process on providing relief to the victims of devastating earthquake two years ago.
The commission has urged government for the proper settlement of the victims as there has been apathetic situation by the government side in reconstruction and settlement of earthquake victims.
The press statement signed and released by the commission’s member and spokesperson Mohana Ansari stated that earthquake victims are still compelled to live in a pathetic situation under the plastic tent.
The commission has urged the government to fulfill the basic rights of its people who are at risk due to the natural calamities.
