NC Cadres attacks UML cadres
In Akaura of Nagarain Municipality -8,the cadres of Nepali congress have attacked cadres of CPN UML on September 16 after the Nepali Congress cadres could not distribute money to voters.
Local Surya Dev Raut accused UML cadres Indra Kumar Paswan,18 of Nagarain Municipality-18, Pahalad Paswan,32 , Arvind Paswan,35, Birendra Raut and Lalan Das were beaten by NC cadres Parmeshwor Yadav and Mahendra Yadav led team.
The injured are receiving treatment at Janakpur Zonal Hospital. Among them Indra Kumar Paswan is seriously injured.
UML cadres accused NC cadres of attacking them with Laathi. DSP Pravin Dhital of DPO however said that the attack was over a personnel dispute. The accused will be brought under legal boundary according to the police. There is a strong competition between Nepali Congress and UML in the local level election in this municipality.
