Morcha Cadres Padlocked the Local Level
The cadres of United Democratic Madhesi Morcha had padlocked the Pato Municipality, Belhi Chapena village council and Chhinnamasta village council on March 19 demanding that they will not let the election happen until their demands are not addressed.
District coordinator Dinesh Kumar Yadav of Morcha said that they have padlocked the local levels as the local level restructuring is discriminatory. He added that the agitation of Morcha will continue until their demands are not addressed.
The Morcha has declared to padlock all the office and ward office of local level against the local level restructuring.
