Missing girl rescued after one week
A team from Maiti Nepal Nepalgunj has rescued 16 years old girl from the border of Mahendranagar on September 13 who went missing since September 6 from Kapilbastu Badganga municipality-9. She was being trafficked to India and was able to be rescued by the team.
The girl went missing since September 6 while she was on the way to the school. A complaint of her missing was lodged at Area Police Office since then.
According to the preliminary investigation of police, the girl was taken into hostile inside one hotel since the day she was missing. Police have arrested one woman in suspicion of her involvement in trafficking however her name has not been made public.
