Man held on charge of misbehaving health worker
Police have arrested 35 years old Mohabuj Musalman of Shuva Raj Municipality-11 on December 25 on charge of misbehaving 30 years old ANM Usha KC of the same municipality on the night of December 24. The accused was absconding after the incident however he was arrested on December 25 according to ward police office of Chandraut. The accused had misbehaved the woman after breaking the door of the health post.
The victim who was doing a night shift sustained fractured hand in a beating. The staffs of whole municipality have protested against the incident. The birthing center at Thunhiya Health Post will be closed until the next notice and the services will be provided from Chanai Health Post according to health branch chief Bishnu Chettri of the health post.
