Lifetime Imprisonment with confiscation of property to wife murderer
The District Court of Siraha gave a verdict against 35 years old Biseswor Prasad Shah of Lahan Municipality-6, for lifetime imprisonment with confiscation of property on the charge of killing his wife.
A single bench of district court judge Rajendra Prasad Adhikari has given a verdict regarding the case- said government attorney Dipendra Danuwar.
Babita Devi Shah, 32 was killed by her husband using stone on August 18 when they had a dispute on domestic issue. The postmortem of the body was conducted in Ram Kumar Sarada Uma Prasad Murar hospital on August 19.
District Police Office of Lahaan had arrested the accused on August 18. The accused with the order of the court was in custody from September 15.
