Life Sentence on charge of killing Nephew
The District Court of Dolakha has ordered to sentence 25 years old uncle Umesh B.K for life after finding him guilty on killing 10 years old nephew Kushal B.K of Shailung Rural Municipality-8.
A single bench of district court judge Tej Bahadur Khadka had given the verdict on December 28. He was arrested by the police and was remanded in custody since October 7.
The victim was missing since September 12 and his body was recovered from Bhaisedada of Sailung on September 26. The convict was immediately arrested for investigation after the incident.
