INSEC Provides Financial support to the victim of Human Rights violation

Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) has provided financial support o the victims of inter-cast marriage. Bal Bahadur B.K, 25 of Barahatal rural municipality-8, his father Bhakta Bahadur B.K, 57 abd his mother 48 years old Amrita B.K were beaten by the girl’s party on charge of inter-cast marriage.

INSEC district representative Durga Thapa has provided Rs 5,000 to the family fr treatment expenses. The family were severely beaten by the relatives of 27 years old Ramma Shahi of Dullu Municipality-13 of Dailekh on the night of September 9 on charge of doing inter cast marriage.

The victim’s family had lodged a complaint against the accused involved in a beating. Police said that the accused are at large and search for them is continuing.

 Bhakta Bahadur has requested the rights activists to take initiation on providing justice to them.

After the incident, Bal Bahadur and his wife Ramma has been hiding in the village since one month as they feel insecure.
