INSEC Gandaki Province Office Coordinator Khakurel Honored
Shiva Prasad Khakurel, the Coordinator of INSEC Gandaki Province Office, has been honored at a program held in Pokhara in recognition of his contribution to the field of human rights. Khakurel was honored on December 18 during a program organized by the Business Promotion Center of Pokhara Metropolitan City on International Migrants Day. The event was coordinated with the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (Forum-Asia).
Dipak Bhandari, a member of the Provincial Policy and Planning Commission, honored Khakurel with a certificate and garland in recognition of his contribution to protecting and promoting human rights. The certificate of honor states, “We take pride in honoring Shiva Prasad Khakurel, who has dedicated 30 years to the vital field of human rights, a profound aspect of human life. His role in this field has significantly contributed to guiding the community toward a positive direction, and we deeply appreciate this impact.”
