INSEC demands to take initiation on registering rape case
The victim’s party of 20 years old woman has asked for the support of INSEC after police denied registering the rape case. The victim was raped by 37 years old Gambhir Singh Dhami of Malikarjun Village council-3 .
The victim’s party complained that the police have not registered the complaint of the incident on April 20. They have asked INSEC to initiate for the justice.
The victim’sparty had lodged complaint at Police Post in Malikarjun on April 21 but the police inspector Lal Bahadur Saud said that the complaint has been registered and it is under legal investigation.
The INSEC representative has urged the police department not to make delay on registering the case.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Gokuleshwor Hospital on April 21 according to the police.
