INSEC Coordinates in Providing Financial Assistance to Children at Risk
INSEC’s Kalikot representative has coordinated with local level for providing financial assistance to 20 orphan children under Social Development Office. The Social Development Office had given the responsibility to choose two orphan children from each local level each from nine local levels and refer them for help.
July 14 onwards Social Development Office has started distributing NPR 8,500 as financial support to orphan children with all the paper works.
Chief of the Social Development Office, Shiva Shankar Chaulagain, expressed his trust in INSEC by saying that the children in actual need would get relief from the Social Development Office, Kalikot, under the Ministry of Social Development, Karnali, because INSEC has been assigned to coordinate and facilitate the District Administration Office, Federation of Nepali Journalists.
Manish BK, 11, of Khandachakra Municipality-8, expressed his happiness after getting the relief money at the initiative of INSEC and expressed his gratitude.
