Inhumane Behaviour Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Dhan Bahadur Shahi, 30, Hari Bahadur Shahi, 35, Sher Bahadur Shahi, 31, and Maatvir Singh, 34, of Dandafanya in Simkot Rural Municipality-7 on October 2 on charges of inhumane treatment on a 23-year-old woman and her brother-in-law. The accused have alleged them to be in an illegitimate relationship and misbehaved with them.
According to DSP Suryaprakash Subedi of the District Police Office, the accused have been arrested for beating the victim and carrying out various criminal activities.
He added a complaint has been lodged against the accused at the District Police Office on October 3.
Senior ANMI Sarita Bohara informed the INSEC representative that the victim was examined at the District Hospital on October 3 and they sustained minor injuries.
