Human Rights National Action Plan counseling meeting Held
INSEC regional office of Dhangadhi has organized Human Rights National action Plan counseling meeting on December 28 .
Speaking at the program NHRC representative Yagya Prasad Adhikari informed about the area covered by the action plan.
He added that the implementation situation of institutionalized improvement issues is not satisfactory.
The participants of the program stressed that the state must immediately implement the issues included in the action plan. They added that the state must address the issues that can be immediately addressed.
Speaking at the program CDO Govinda Rijal clarified the issues raised by the participants and said that the issues of human rights is improving in the district.
INSEC executive director Bijaya Raj Gautam said that it is important to recommend NGOs rather that criticizing them and highlighted the issues of action plan.
