Human Rights activists monitors Police Custody
Teams of representative from INSEC and Nepal Human Rights Organization have jointly monitored the custody in Dhading on April 28 to gather the information on cadres of NCP led “Biplov” that are detained in the custody.
Nepal Communist Party cadre Dhan Bahadur Ghale, 42 of Siddhalek Rural Municipality-6 and Ishwor Pandey, 30 of Bharatpur Metropolitan-18 of Chitwan district are detained in the custody.
They are charged for organized crime and are kept in judicial custody by the district court order according to SP Raj Kumar Baidawar.
The detainees both said that they are treated well in the custody.
