Hearing of Suspended CIAA Chief postponed
The hearing of the case lodged against suspended CIAA chief Lok Man SIngh Karki has been postponed even though he was presented in Supreme Court.
The court had postponed the hearing after the lawyer Bal Krishna Neupane on behalf of Karki was absent due to his health condition.
His hearing has been postponed until December 22 by the bench of SC judges Jagdish Sharma, Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada and Ananda Mohan Bhattarai. The judges have also decided that the hearing will not postponed again at any cost.
There are seven cases lodged against Lok Man SIngh Karki at Supreme Court against the credibility of his qualification including disobeying of Supreme Court’s verdict.
