Formal Complaint Against Teacher Accused of Physically Assaulting Student
The victim has lodged a complaint at the Women, Children and Senior Citizens Service Center on October 21, 2008, on the charge of beating up a 16-year-old boy by teacher Arjun Mahato.
It is alleged by the victim that the math teacher of Gyandeb Coaching Center located in Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan city-4, on the October 17, the accused teacher Mahato used abusive words and beat up the victim student who was studying in class 10 for not doing homework.
The victim was treated at Ganga Clinic Janakpurdham on October 21. The injured student’s ear was injured by Dr. Abhiy Kumar Sah said.
Police constable Simrit Chaudhary of the Women, Children and Senior Citizens Service Center, who is investigating the incident, asked to inform.
