Five Years sentence on charge of rape
The District Court of Makwanpur has ordered to sentence 39 years old Amar Bahadur Ghising of Chattiwan VDC-3 for five years on charge of raping 35 years old woman.
A single bench of District Court judge Daya Ram Dhakal has given a verdict on January 4 regarding the case. The court has also ordered for the compensation of Rs 50,000 from the convict.
The complaint against the accused was lodged at Women cell by the victim on September 13.
