Federalism for meaningful Dialogue
CCCE co-chairperson and INSEC chairperson Subodh Raj Pyakurel said that federalism is important to remove the obstruction of meaningful dialogue. He said that the rights given by the constitution to ward office is more than that of Village Development Committee in past which has strengthened the meaningful dialogue of citizens.
While speaking at the interaction program in Birgunj on September 12 organized by CCCE, chairperson Pyakurel said that election has become the means of spreading the organization.
He stressed that there must be unity between the observers to make observation more effective. He added that it is important to move forward by coordinating with NHRC aswell.
HURON co-chair Indra Aryal said that code of conduct violation can negatively affect democracy.
