Father and mother sentenced on charge of killing daughter
The District Court of Darchula has ordered to sentence father and mother on after finding them guilty on killing 10 months old daughter.
A single bench of District Court judge Giri Raj Gautam had given the verdict regarding the case on July 14.
The victim was killed by her father and mother on May 9 by setting fire on her. The convict Nabin Bista, 22 of Vyas Rural Municipality-5 and mother Shila Bista, 20 were sentenced for life after finding them guilty.
The postmortem of the body was conducted at District Hospital on May 10.
