Election Program Postponed after Death of Ward Chairperson Candidate
According to Chief Election Officer Tejendra Prasad Sharma Sapkota, the local level election in Buddhabhumi Municipality-8 has been postponed after the death of Prakash Tiwari, 41 on April 29. Tiwari was also the candidate for the position of Ward Chairperson from CPN-UML.
Chief of the District Election Office, Gyanuram Panthi, informed that all the activities at the local level have been postponed till further notice from the Election Office.
