Earthquake Victims Making Houses by Themselves
Earthquake victims who have been waiting for grant for 15 months have started to make houses by themselves.
They have started to make house by themselves after not getting grant for more than one year. The earthquake victims said that they have been betrayed by the government luring them for grant.
“We have waited more than a year waiting for grant”said earthquake victim Durga Bahadur Karki of Bhojpur. He added “We did not get anything so we started to make our house by ourselves.”
Initially Karki got Rs 20,000 from the government and did not get anything after that.
