Accused of Domestic Violence Arrested
Police have arrested Sher Bahadur Shahi of Khadachakra Municipality-10 on September 17, 2021, on the charge of beating his wife 22-year-old Nandakaura Shahi.
The victim was beaten on September 14. Inspector Bhupendra Shahi of the District Police Office said that the accused was arrested from a hotel located at the district headquarter based on the complaint lodged by the victim at the District Police Office on September 16.
Dr. Ratnabir Sunar told INSEC that the victim was treated at the District Hospital on September 16.
