District Secretary Arrested
Police has arrested Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) lead CPN’s Dhading distrct secretary Buddha Gurung, 40, of Siddhalekh Rural Municipality-5 on 16 September.
Gurung was accused of planting bomb at Kalupanday road on 25 June, blasting bomb at Ncell tower at Siddhalkeh Lekhdanda on 31 July, blasting bomb at Ncell tower at Thakre Rural Municipality-3 on 1 August, destroying Ncell tower by bomb blast at Thakre Rural Municipality on 23 February, for planning bomb at Kalupanday road on 9 March, threatening for donation.
SP Rajkumar Baidwar of District Police Office said gurung was arrested from Dhunibesh Municipality-9 while travelling by motorcycle with register number Province-03,02, 007Pa0927 and found Rs. 1 lakh 29 thousand including 5 mobile sets with him.
As per the police he was presented to court on 17 September and currently under investigation.
