Dispute resolved in facilitation by INSEC representative
The dispute among local CPN UML cadres and Nepali Congress regarding the distribution of solar panel to earthquake victims by Nepal Red Cross Society at Baskharka VDC was resolved with the facilitation of INSEC district representative on November 12.
The clash between the cadres started after UML cadres accused NC cadres of distributing solar panel on monopoly. The panel could not be distributed on that day due to the dispute. NC cadres Rajesh Dong, 22 of Baskharka VDC-8 and Pode BK, 45of the same VDC-5 was seriously injured in a clash.
INSEC district representative was informed about the situation by Red Cross society district chairman Rajendra Man Talchabhadel. He was further requested for facilitation. INSEC DR Nati Babu Dhital was able to resolve the situation after discussion with both parties. The distribution process was later smoothly operated after the agreement.
