Curfew Declared in Bhangaha after Clash between Two Parties
After a clash between two parties, an indefinite curfew has been imposed in Bhangaha on October 28, 2022.
According to the curfew order issued by Chief District Officer Deepak Kumar Pahadi, there was a clash between the two parties on October 28, which has disturbed the communal harmony.
District Administration Office Mahottari has issued a curfew order to control the violence and maintain peace and security.
The administration has issued a curfew order to the entire area of Pararia in the south of Bhangaha Municipality-8, Brahmasthan Pararia in the northeast, south of Dharampur in the north, Bagdachok in Loharpatti Municipality-1 in the east, and the bridge located in the Area Police Office Loharpatti in the west.
Assistant Chief District Officer Upendra Neupane informed that the curfew will continue until another order is issued.
The police had to fire 12 rounds in the air to control the situation. Now, a large number of Nepal Police and Armed Police have been mobilized at the incident site.
