Police has arrested Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) lead CPN’s district committee member Man Bahadur BK, 42, of Mandavi Rural Municipality-4 on 22 September.
Inspector Lokendra GC of district police office said BK was arrested from his home for investigation.
