Court slams three years on charge of rape
The District Court of Nuwakot has ordered to sentence 17 years old boy for three years after finding him guilty on raping 15 years old girl. The court had also ordered for the compensation of Rs 50,000.
A single bench of District Court judge Rishikesh Wagle had given the verdict on April 16. The convict being under aged is sent to child improvement center.
The convict had raped the girl in multiple occasion luring her for job according to police. The complaint against the boy was lodged on April 18.
On a same day the convict was arrested by the police. On April 18 the victim underwent health checkup at Bakulahar Hospital in Chitwan.
The Area Police Office of Ratnanagar had sent all the document to Nuwakot as the incident site was in Nuwakot.
