Court slams six years to a man on charge of rape
The district Court of Bardiya has ordred to sentence 22 years old Saroj Yadav of Guleriya Municipality-7 for six years after finding him guilty on raping 15 years old girl.
A single bench of district Court judge Kiran Kumar Pokhrel had given the verdict regarding the case. The victim was raped by an accused on May 17, 2017 and complaint against him was lodged on July 9 at District Police Office.
He was arrested on July 11 by the police and she underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Guleriya on a same day the complaint was lodged.
