Court Slams six years on charge of rape
The Disrict Court of Makwanpur has ordered to sentence 28 years old Dhiraj Thakur of Hetauda-2 for six years after finding him guilty on raping 15 years old girl.
A single bench of district court judge Daya Ram Dhakal has given averdict regarding the case on March 30. The court has also ordered for a compensation of Rs 50,000 from the accused.
The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at DPO Hetauda on June 22 against the accused. He was arrested on a same day by the police. The victim underwent a health checkup at Hetauda Hospital on June 23.
