Court Slams Seven and half Years to Child Molester
The District Court of Dailekh has ordered to keep a 15 years boy in children rehabilitation center for seven and half years after finding him guilty in molesting a five years old girl. The court has also ordered to compensate Rs 10,000 from the accused.
A single bench of District Court judge Prakash Prasad Pandit has given a verdict on Nobember 10 regarding the case. The accused boy has been sent to child rehabilitation center in Bhaktapur according to police.
A physically retarded girl was molested by the accused on August 26 and complaint against him was lodged at DPO by the victim’s family.
